You're really a master of your genre! Love the light instruments you chose here. The bells and keys sound so ethereal and really balance the whole song out. Gotta love when there's so much going on but it's all cohesive. <3

ohh I love it. Didn't realize it'd be so funky in the beginning, but it got there seamlessly. Great choices for the instruments in this song. <3 So crisp.

Thank you very much!

I think the emotions you were feeling then definitely come through in this song! Love the lyrics, and your ending was great. The way you brought everything together in a triumphant finale was awesome! Many creators cut that type of ending a little bit too short but I think yours was a great length.

Thanks so much! I'm glad that the emotions came through and that you enjoyed it!

Love the fast paced melody-driven way you compose boss music. Sounds like it will be awesome in game!

Thank you for your kind words, I am glad you enjoy the music.
I like to compose tracks that start at 160 bpm ++, it always gets me so energized and ready for things~ =)

YUP, 2 GOOD SONGMAKERS MAKE GREAT SONG

Makes me think of a Mario Kart track until 0:37 hits and then I get hit with nostalgia of that Crystal Shards flute. Cool little song <3

This song is rad! I've always loved this sort of soft, funky electric guitar. It's definitely getting your city vibe across. I could listen to this type of thing by a pier all day lol. And you pair bass and guitar so well, you definitely made the drumtrack your own.

Let me also be the first to confirm you found a good indie site in NG. The way you share music here and get exposed to new genres is awesome and I haven't gotten anything close to the same positive feedback anywhere else. Hope all works out well for you!

Sounds awesome man! I love your chord progression dipping into minors, you really know how to accompany it with your voice. Also you're great at keeping the song ambient without over-reverbing, awesome. <3

floorboardofficial responds:

Thanks for the feedback! Much appreciated!

0:13 gave me goosebumps. You are GREAT at introducing cohesive instruments! Your melody and the chords you chose to accompany it sounded fantastic, too. I feel like the song could have benefitted from adding percussion a bit earlier, the bit at 2:25 sounded awesome and seemed cut a bit short. Really great song though, enjoyed it.

ily so much man

I really love the reverby bit-reduced instrument you're using here. It sounds great balanced with your more high resolution sounds, listened to this with my eyes closed and it felt really nice.

Live well and let music guide you
